Prof. Harleen Kaur has joined Sagar Group in August 2015. She acquired Management Degree in discipline of Human Resource Management in year 2009 from Sagar Institute of Research & Technology, Bhopal. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D degree in Management on topic - Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee’s Retention and Satisfaction in Public Sector Banks from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. She is having an experience of 6 year in teaching distinguished subjects of Human Resource Management and General Management. She has also worked with training and placement department for 1 year handling various placement activities.
